Want to know how I lost over 50 pounds easily? Read on to discover my simple weight loss secret that had me lose weight quick and get fast fat loss.
Now, understand that my success would not have come with out all of the basic core principles. If you have been following my blog, you definitely should know them by now....lol!
Anyway, the way I was able to lose weight quick and get fast fat loss was from what I did in the beginning of all of my workouts.
What was it Avy?! The freaking suspense is killing me!
Alright! Hold your horses! What I did to lose weight quick with fast fat loss was in the beginning of all of my workouts, I would do an incline treadmill workout for 10 minutes!
The treadmill is no secret. However, what you do with the treadmill is pretty much a secret based off of how often I don't see this being done. Setting it to incline.
It is a quick exercise, it will get your heart rate up quick, and if you do this before you begin weight training, you will get fast fat loss faster than you can blink.
This is how I do my incline treadmill workout. It has been revised recently to the following:
Step 1: Have a bottle of water and a towel handy.......TRUST ME ON THIS!
Step 2: Adjust the speed to 3.0 (You don't want to get fast with this workout - especially if you are a beginner)
Step 3: Adjust the incline to 10.0 (Don't be scared!)
Step 4: Set the time for 10 minutes
Step 5: Depending on the type of treadmill you have, enter your weight, etc. so that you can be SHOCKED at the amount of calories you'll be burning all in the matter of 10 minutes.
Step 6: After 5 minutes have went by, decrease the incline to 5.0. Workout with the 5.0 incline for 2 minutes.
Step 7: Once you have reached the 7 minute mark, increase the treadmill incline up to 8.0. Workout with the 8.0 incline for 2 minutes.
Step 8: Once you have reached the 9 minute mark.....BRACE YOURSELF......increase the treadmill incline to 12.0!
Step 9: Catch your breathe, drink some water, wipe off the gallon of sweat, and now start your workout!
This is a high intensity interval workout that will definitely help in you being able to lose weight quick and get fast fat loss. Just remember, this alone will not do it. You must implement all of the other important aspects of a healthy lifestyle, as mentioned through some of my other posts.
