Good morning!
Today I would like to talk to you about some little tips on how you can lose fat through out the whole day for maximum fat loss.
Listen guys, you don't have to resort to JUST doing exercises and practicing proper nutrition to lose fat. There are many things you can and are already doing through out the day for maximum fat loss.
For example:
You can burn extra calories by
1. Cutting the grass.
2. Cleaning around the home.
3. Walking to the store, etc., instead of driving....this is of course if there is a store near you that's not too far!
4. Walking the dog.
5. Recreational activities.
6. Taking a cool shower. (If you do this during the winter months...seek help!)lol
7. Drink ice cold water. (Drinking ice cold water causes a thermogenic effect which is your body warming up the cold fluid to body temperature, and burning off calories in order to do such!)
And more!
My point here is that you need to stay active through out the day. Not the whole day, but for the most part. This is how you can achieve maximum fat loss.
