To make eggs an exceptional diet food, I recommend you firstly boil eggs, and secondly use more egg whites than you do yolk. By removing the yolk, you are significantly dropping the calorie amount and cholesterol (the yolk is where the bulk of calories are) amount.
Now, just eating egg whites can take some getting used to if you are eating them as is. For this, I recommend a 3 to 1 ratio of egg whites and yolk (3 hard boiled egg whites and 1 yolk), and this way you can maintain some flavor with your eggs.....and still keep it as a super health food!
Due to the excellent amount of protein in eggs, you can rest assure that eggs are HIGHLY recommended for building lean muscle and burning off fat. The more muscle tissue you have on your body....the more fat your body will burn!
