The most common fat loss goal most want to work on is to lose belly fat, hands down! I remember constantly staring in the mirror at my fat belly and love handles in disgust wishing it would just go away! 1. Practice Yoga
2. Do breathing exercises (yes, doing breathing exercises can actually help you lose weight!)

So, if you are having difficulties trying to lose belly fat, make sure you firstly avoid diet pills and fad diets. Secondly, look into things you can do to not only get proper nutrition and exercise, but also to reduce stress.
