Tip #1 - Drink a lot more water.
I know you've heard this before, but it is worth repeating. Drinking plenty of water daily will have tremendous impact on reducing belly fat and total body fat for that matter. The more water you drink the more your body will automatically release retained water it was holding when you were not drinking enough of it. You'll notice in the first couple of weeks of drinking more water that you'll first off will have to go to the bathroom a lot (this is because of the retained water), and secondly that you'll drop a considerable amount of pounds (retained water weight). Besides releasing water weight, drinking plenty of water helps with metabolizing fat, and proper development of muscle tissue.
Tip #2 - Eat, eat, and eat some more!
That's right! To help reduce stomach fat fast, eating more frequently through out the day will cause a boost in your metabolism which is one of the important things to achieve successful fat loss and weight loss. Also, you will improve your blood sugar level, and you will feel more fuller through out the day (therefore preventing binge eating). Now, when I say eat more through out the day, I don't mean excessive calories. I mean eating more frequently....but with small healthy meals.
